Shade helps tattoo artists automate their bookings by giving you highly customizable tools to improve automation, communication, and reporting.

In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps required to get you setup with Shade!


Step 1: Complete the Sign Up Form

Complete the Sign Up form available on our homepage(https://shadeapp.io). Once that is completed, we'll add you to our waitlist and will contact you for an onboarding. During the onboarding meeting, we'll collect your intormation and create an account for you.


Step 2: Complete your Account Information

Navigate to Menu>Settings>Profile and complete your account information


Step 3: Configure your Storefront

Navigate to Menu>Settings>Storefront and add photos to your storefront.


Step 4: Configure your Schedule

Navigate to Menu>Settings>Schedule and configure your your account information


Step 5: Setup your Payment Information

Navigate to Menu>Settings>Payment and configure your your Stripe account. This is important because that is how you'll receive your payouts when tattoo clients pay for a tattoo with you.


Step 6(Optional): Complete a Test booking

Navigate to Menu>Settings>Payment and configure your your Stripe account. This is important because that is how you'll receive your payouts when tattoo clients pay for a tattoo with you.
